(CLIPS) A language produced by Gary Riley of NASA jsc in Houston, Texas, for developing expert systems, with the inferencing and representation capabilities of ops5 and support for forward chaining rule-based, object-oriented and procedural programming. CLIPS has a lisp-like syntax. It is available for ms-dos and comes with source code in c.
